Beach Basket FREE crochet pattern

This basket is super easy to make and will surely become your favorite summer accessory.

Hit the beach with style and confidence!

The minute I saw this ra-ra raffia, I knew I needed to make some kind of bag with it. There were many ideas, some frogging, but I’ve ended up making a very simple, clean shape. Adding cotton handles was cherry on top!

I hope you will like the simplicity of this Beach Basket too! It’s a great mindless project, that can be easily completed on a summer weekend.

Have fun!

Notes
– Basket is crocheted in rows (bottom and handles) and spiral rounds (sides).
– When working with yarns A and B (raffia), work with two strands of yarn held together: use both ends of the same ball: one from the center, the other from the outside.
– Handles are crocheted separately and sewn on finished basket.
